Post-investment Support:
- Assistance in day-to-day commutation with the Olsztyn City Hall and its organizational units in order to shorten the information gaining process, i.e. regarding local zoning plans, building permits, municipal properties sales, land use restrictions etc.
- Provision of necessary information concerning the municipal socio-economic environment, statistical data on Olsztyn
- Distribution of information on available: training, meetings, workshops, conferences, programs and projects fostering entrepreneurship, innovativeness, work places creation and acquiring European funds for those purposes in a broad sense
- Support in communication with self-governments and business environment institutions such as e.g.: the Municipal Labour Office, the Centre for Innovation and Technology Transfer by UWM, the Warmia and Mazury Regional Development Agency, the Warmia-Mazury Special Economic Zone, the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Center for Investors and Exporters by the Marshal’s Office of Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship or the Olsztyn Science and Technology Park, etc.
- Invitations to work meetings with investors seeking subcontractors and/or human resources, for those already present on or potentially interested in entering the local market, organization of incoming trade missions in cooperation with chambers of commerce
